When we talk about the game poker, there is no difference in ranking between different suits- let’s say one player has the king of spades and the other has a king of hearts, they would both be equal in ranking.

A higher category card beats the lower category card, and in case the hands of both opponents are of the same category, the rank of the individual card decides the winner.
Royal Flush: In the game of poker, the highest ranking is the royal flush. It consists of cards in the sequence ace, king, queen, jack, and ten, all to be of the same suit. Now, since all the suits are same, all the royal flushes would also be equal.
Straight flush: When one has five cards of the same suit and are in sequence like a queen, jack, ten, nine, eight, it’s called a straight flush. Once again, if there are 2 straight flushes, the 1 with the highest card in the flush wins the hand.
Four of a kind: when four cards from different suits have the same ranking, it’s called flour of a kind. For example, if the player has four kings, all from different suits. The fifth card could be anything. Different countries call this poker, and some call it quads.
Full house: When the player holds three cards of one rank and two of one rank, for example, three eights and two tens, this commonly is known as eights full and even called even eights on tens. If one has to decide between two full hands, the rank of three cards would determine the winner.
Flush: When the player has five cards of the same suit still in sequence, this is called a flush. In the case of two flushes, one with the highest card ranking wins.
Straight: When the player has five cards that are all different suits and still in sequence, this Poker hand sequence is called straight. In the case of two sequences, the one that would have the highest-ranking top card would win the hand.
Three of a kind: This is self-explanatory when a player has three cards of the same rank and two of another.
Two pairs: When two cards are of the same rank, it’s called a pair, and when a hand has two pairs, both being of different ranks, it’s called two pairs.
Pair: As the name suggests, when a hand has a pair of cards and three different cards all not linked with each other is called a pair.
High card: when the five cards have no link to each other in any of the above-mentioned forms, it’s the highest card in the hand that decides the winner.
